The third quarter of 2025 saw notable activity in the virtual pet app category on iOS platforms across South America. According to Sensor Tower, the following apps demonstrated significant trends in downloads, revenue, and active users.

My Talking Tom Friends 2 from Outfit7 Limited, released in mid-July, showed an initial surge in weekly downloads, peaking at around 49K in late July. However, a steady decline followed, with downloads dropping to approximately 3K by the end of September. Revenue saw a modest increase, reaching a high of $111 in late July before settling around $43 by the end of the quarter. Active users started at over 68K in July but decreased to about 18K by September's end.

My Talking Tom maintained a consistent weekly download rate, fluctuating between 11K and 14K. Revenue remained stable, averaging around $400 weekly. Active users showed robust engagement, starting at 68K and peaking at over 76K by early September before ending the quarter at approximately 68K.

My Talking Tom 2 experienced a steady download trend, ranging from 11K to 14K weekly. Revenue exhibited consistency, averaging around $400 throughout the quarter. Active users increased significantly, reaching a peak of over 80K in July before stabilizing around 63K by the quarter's end.

My Talking Angela 2 also saw stable download numbers, with weekly figures ranging from 10K to 15K. Revenue was highest at the beginning of the quarter, with $848, before gradually declining to around $366. Active users peaked at over 132K in early July, later stabilizing at about 93K.

Finally, My Talking Angela showed consistent weekly downloads of around 9K to 11K. Revenue displayed a slight upward trend, concluding the quarter at $180. Active users, however, saw a gradual decline from over 51K to approximately 35K.
